Yes but its a lot better

i.e. you can choose whether to ambush or move to hiding spot with d-pad. Avoiding accidental ambushes and not f***ing up stealth

it ain't THAT bad, just gotta be prepared. looking back, prob best to do a single target magic attack -> baton pass -> aoe magic attack. buffs & debuffs also help quite a bit as well

Wow that’s great. I really disliked the enemy searchlight stuff in the original because you had no way of really dealing with being spotted

I thought they said they would improve the being forced to go to sleep most nights s*** from the original, but no loe it's just as annoying now.
They should give you an option to just skip the save points and go to the next day so it isn't so irritating

Yes you will miss a lot of you don't know the game well. I always recommend people look up a guide after the first playthrough.

I'm not going to lie this probably one of the few JRPGs I actually play in English. I love the dub for some reason.

If it makes u feel better i didnt realize Chihaya was a confidant until November in my first playthrough and she’s basically essential if u wanna max all your confidants and stats in one run
