I loved the Favourite, I couldn't get into PT honestly, well made though

Enjoying the last few days where neither Emma or Lily have lost both deserve it, don’t want either to have not won an Oscar for their respective performances in these films

I can't stand seeing Barbie in Best Picture category. I don't think it'll win but if it does I might have an aneurysm

i'd be very surprised if it won best picture. it'll get some other awards tho

Just read a private ballot that has Barbie first (real) Oppenheimer last cuz they don’t like Nolan (also real but it shouldn’t be last) and they admitted to not actually seeing Poor Things (terrible).

For the most part, I got enjoyment out of all of the movies here (even Maestro). I felt 2023 was a strong year in general for film as there were some I liked even more than some of these that didn’t make it

Barbie wouldn't be in my top 3 but I respect the opinion much more than the "wah wah Barbie shouldn't even be nominated" crying ITT.
