quippy dialogue
Reddit epic bacon humour
cinematography gives me a headache in the same way marvel movies do
multiverse bullshit marvel pulls
literally produced by the russos lol
this isn’t a hot take also I feel like it’s a well established criticism that EEAAO runs like capeshit
the everything bagel s*** is cringe I ain’t gon lie
it will be going to fablemans
everything everywhere too weird
banchees too good
top gun too popular
avatar too popular
all on the western front foriegn
elvis too bad
Tár, triangle of sadness, woman talking too niche
Fabelmans is too vanilla though, it’s great but it doesn’t say anything about the current times for them to give it the win.
I honestly think EEAAO is a lock. Perfect balance of popular & weird, pleasing & provoking, not to mention the representation
Where is nope

Nope is Jordan peele weakest story telling wise but his best visually
fabelmans f***ing sucked
I imagine it was extremely cathartic for Steve but to us it was just a random assortment of his memories to me.

Completely agree
A24 literally made a capeshit marvel movie but used the most basic philosophical idea and family guy d**** humour and everyone is like “but broo the multiverse like brooooo”

Horrible take
Atrocious even
I think everything everywhere is where people want comedy to become like be edgy but not offensive it just doesn’t work and feels not organic and more forced

Fablemans was just a great Christmas movie. If you went to go see that during the holidays you picked correctly. It focused too much on his personal family drama rather than his story of wanting to make movies. The ending felt like they didn’t know where or how to end it.

I think because it was about his family. His relationship with film was used to show how he dealt with his family life

The comedy was literally the least interesting aspect of the movie, it only served to enhance the absurdity (keyword) inherent to certain scenes.

Terrible points
This is the thinnest reach imaginable, you look like a dinosaur
Quippy dialogue:
All movies that have fast paced dialogue are literally just Marvel movies, guys. All jokes must be eliminated, no fun can be had. The Banshees of Inisherin is basically a Marvel movie too, with all that quippin goin on.
Reddit epic bacon humour:
Don’t know what that is.
Cinematography gives me a headache:
You problem.
Multiverse bullshit:
Marvel didn’t invent the concept of the multiverse
Literally produced by the Russos:
…And?? Did they write the script?
