RASIEYou are literally sticking to colonizers by adding an "x" to "Latin", instead of changing the root word "Latin" big brain.
And again, the root "Latin" already takes the focus off gender. It also has the bonus of being able to be pronounced easily by every spanish speaking person.
But sure, keep adding "x" to words so conglomerates can use them on their homepages to let everyone in the coastal capitals know they care while funding death squads overseas to gun down people who live on top of a potential resource reserve and don't want to move.
So because I'm behind people who choose to use Latinx I won't hold my government accountable?
I wouldn't care one way or another, if not for the fact that Latin America has the highest rates of violence against lgbtq+ people
