JeffersonSteelflexYes. It’s one of the most intimate albums in the genre imo. I think it’s my personal favorite Kendrick album due to the fact that I can relate to a lot of it. Sonically it’s amazing as well. I hope that one day it’ll get the love it truly deserves.

Also, how can you not see the link between familial trauama and how people act out to deal with it as a result of that? Not justifying him cheating but it doesnt take a rocket scientist to see that connection. Besides that, there's various studies that show the residual impact of slavery on black people. And brother, if you can't inerpret the crown as being clearly satirical, then i can't help you

No I doing really find anything he’s saying particularly insightful. I think Kendrick is fake deep and the Venn diagram of him and Kyrie overlaps a lot more than people like to admit. Also the music itself really isn’t that enjoyable to listen to outside a couple of tracks.
