I rewatched the zou arc after the latest wano ep and the foreshadowing in OP is just phenomenal

• after usopp heard the stories of inu and neko he said that he was impressed just like when they met rayleigh and momo said ''yeah I met him he was on roger's ship'' and usopp jokingly said ''you're only eight yrs old, roger died 2 decades ago''

• when jack's ships were attacking zunesha and the elephant was crying/wailing luffy said ''who's voice is that?'' which implied he has the same hearing insight of ancient creatures like roger and oden when the sea kings foretold their ruler's birth

I have one question tho....the akazaya nine said during the red road poneglyph reveal that Oden's last request was to ''open the borders of Wano'' ...why not ''free wano'' or something else??....do all people of wano share some sort of inherited will??? would freeing the people of wano reveal anything about the void century that the govt does not want???

Well at the time that Oden first left to be on Whitebeard's ship Wano wasn't under Orochi and Kaido's rule, so technically the country was still "free", but it was still closed off to the rest of the world hence "opening" it

Watching reactions to the anime recently and a lot of watchers specify that BM is their favorite yonkou (she’s mine as well) and I believe that’s because Oda gave her some personality.

And this chapter really showcases why I love her the most, she’s chaos ensued, ready to f*** up Kaido subordinates then turn around and tell the SH’s to stfu cause they getting their ass beat next and follows her own thoughts. And in the midst of all that she’s strong af, I think it’s forgotten for some reason that BM has not taken an ounce of damage since we’ve been introduced to her.

I really hope this somehow leads to a sanji zoro tag team fight. I loooove their fight together at the Davy back arc, and seeing them fight side by side in a serious situation could be top one piece fight material
