If my theory is correct then chapter 999 will be the end of Act 3 and 1000 will be the in between acts that open up endless possibilities to what Oda can show us outside Wano
The lost century flashback Oda plz 
Also, Act 3 opened up with Oden’s flashback and should end with Yamato’s, the “new” Oden, flashback making it kind of poetic in a sense and fits structurally
