i think the breakdown is the original Stussy (aka Weevil's mom, Miss Bakkin) was in Rocks then MADS made a clone of her, who is now in CP0 and the leader of the Underworld

Kuma fruit been awakened from the moment he was introduced to us. Makes me connect how his powers work with what Luffy will eventually be doing.

i'm still so torn on who it could be. the mystery person he called said "i've been waiting for your order" which suggests it's a person under vegapunk who is loyal to him, and they're said to be hiding out on egghead. initially my thought was fujitora cause he was kicked out of all marine bases but idk if he would be so subservient to vegapunk. it would make sense that if stussy is a clone that vegapunk worked on that she'd be loyal or at least somewhat controllable by vegapunk, so it could be her, but at the same time she wasn't hiding out on egghead.

right now my best guess is urouge but that's only because we know basically nothing about him so oda can do whatever he wants with him and he's the last of the worst generation to get any significant page time.
