Can someone remind me of what Akainu said to Jewelry Bonney?
“When I heard you’d ran from the government my blood ran cold. But it’s all over for you now.”

Fun fact: As of episode 1034 the second half of One Piece has surpassed (517 episodes and counting) the first half in episode count (516).
Just finished Skypiea. Ended up loving it. But Wyper and his whole crew surviving, plus Conis' father is the biggest gripe I have with One Piece and I assume s*** like that is just the norm for the whole series.
Is the following filler arc worth watching? I've heard only good things about it but being 800 something episodes behind, I'm tryna catch up sooner than later. Also been told the canon arc following this is skippable too.

I thought the G8 arc was just ok. It has some cool characters and fun moments but I don't think your missing out on anything major by skipping it. However, with 800 episodes remaining, what's 11 more?
I highly recommend switching to One Pace, though.
It's a really good fan edit that I used to start and catch up last year. It cuts the watch time by about 50%. The only annoying thing is that you have to torrent the episodes and you might have to switch between One Pace and the actual anime cause they don't have all arcs done. Once you reach Enis Lobby (which you're close to) you can stick to One Pace all the way to the mid point of Wano.

Skypiea can be a drag but in the grand scheme of the story it might be the most important arc. It’s definitely one of those arcs that as you progress through the story you’ll realize how meaningful it is.

Hopefully more Noland stuff. I really enjoyed those episodes even tho at first I thought it would ruin the pace

if there's any filler worth watching, it's the G8 arc
all other OP filler can be skipped

Oh god this made me check how good the pacing was back then and I found out weve been suffering since enies lobby episode 280 or so we was on chapter 400😭😭
Skypiea hasn't hit like Alabasta so far
Just wait on it and think on it after it's all done
