I know og op stans who are already happy with this chapter reveal. Yeah probably vegapunk is a bunch of different androids/clones either to hide their true identity or to live longer. That name has been introduced in this manga like 20 years ago, must feel crazy for people following the story from the beginning to see vegapunk actively involved in the plot now
