Naruto will hook you faster imo. Watch until the end of Shippudden if you start Naruto.

Naruto chunnin exams arc better than any OP arc FIGHT ME.

naruto to me is a really cool serious, but i swear i’ve literally teared up watching/reading one piece. the characters are so much more robust and interesting and because they’re so many episodes you get to know like every detail of each of them. it’s seriously incredible. naruto is like eating that good meal from a restaurant that hits the spot, but one piece is like that multi course meal where each course somehow manages to top the last

chunin exams are naruto’s best arc by far (you could make a case for sasuke retrieval) so it’s crazy that their best arc is the second one :/

also when’s the point where watsuki stops drawing and all the sudden the quality of the manga just nosedives?

I know it always feels like im s***ting on OP in favor of Naruto, but I grew up watching Naruto so I'm more attached to it, I'm guessing the reverse for most of you guys.
