ya love to see it
I didnt know the crazy amount of good vegan recipes that exist
I always thought of vegans as people that live with nothing but broccoli
that's how f***ed up my eating habits were.
it all changed when I tried my first veggie burger

This is what I want to feel
Tired of feeling bloated, sluggish, and wanting to take a nap after a meal.

Such a good feeling! Im trying to bulk up and since vegan food generally less calorie dense I have to eat so much! I stg I eat like 4lbs of a food a day and am stuffed but never get that sluggish or bloated feeling like u said.

when you wanna bulk up you dont have to eat a lot, you just need enough energy to work out more
and you can find that energy in stuff like nuts, beans and oil

I been tracking everything I eat for like 3 weeks and while I'm getting stronger and seeing changes in the mirror my weight has maintained. So yea I need to eat even more. I already be going crazy with the nuts and beans so gotta go even harder lmao

try protein powders
high salt diets
and make your workout sessions more challenging bit by bit

If pokemon were real people would eat them.

I’m on a slow route to eventually probably becoming Vegetarian / Vegan. I’ve cut out beef and milk steady pretty successfully. Pork is next but that’ll be easy. I still eat chicken and fish for now because I’m worried about losing the protein / nutrients but eventually I’m going to head in that route.
My decision was half moral but half for health benefits. Beef and milk really make you feel like s*** and I’ve noticed a big difference since eliminating them both out of my diet.

It'll feel even better when you cut everything out.
But beef and cows milk are truly the worst for the environment so at least you got those out quickly.

Looking great, any more tips on getting that many calories?
Looking great, any more tips on getting that many calories?
This is what I ate that day.

Nuts, beans, lentils, and pasta hard carry my calories tbh. Along with the huel. Dinner was two meals, the melodious blend is like green garbanzo beans, lentils, and other stuff like that and I threw in some falafel. Then I made pasta for my wife and I.
For me the key is snacking and having 4 normal sized meals.
What program are you using to keep track of that stuff OP?
Cronometer. I just started using it yesterday, switching from myfitnesspal. This is the paid version, I got a two week trial by emailing support. I will probably get the year subscription for $40 when the trial is up now that I see how useful it is.
I can't wait to use the charts/graphs functions in it when I have more data to work with.
I am so close. Just chicken and salmon left
You got this dawg. Join the light side
@Pointes do you take b2 supplements?
Nah if u peep up a few posts when I posted some images you can see I hit 500%+ of my B12 intake.
