I can appreciate his love for kanye i do too but his drake reviews, rocky reviews etc repeatedly show his lack of youth and socio-specific cultural aesthetics really biases him

Anyway the hate for this is largely fueled by herd mentality. The beats are progressive, drake does his thing, not a perfect record but his best in years and overall a 7/10 at worst

literally everyone I talked to this weekend said the same exact thing "it sounds like every drake song I've ever heard"
