whats the problem? if its the problem where it constantly beeps and ejects the disc then it is likely the rubber thing on the bottom of your ps4 pushing up against your eject button

that issue can be fixed by removing the rubber or moving it so its not pushing up against it or something

if you have money just get the disc version. $100 for a 4K blu ray drive is a STEAL alone

i get exactly what you mean, its kinda like when you go to the supermarket and see 2 for $5 and grab 2 instead of 1 and end up spending more money.

the thing is though is like i said in my post its all dependent on if you have the money. I guarantee countless digital version owners will regret purchasing the digital down the line.

What is $100 more on a console you will play for the next 7 years? Just dont eat out for 2 weeks and boom. if money is an issue then you prob shouldnt even dropping $400 + tax + $70 for a game anyway

also streaming wont come close to 4K discs for 5-10 years. and by then they will roll out 8K discs that s*** on streaming.

NIGGA YES!!!! Not ashamed to say I love Battlefield 5. Severely flawed game but the core mechanics are great and the shooting is just so smooth.

and like i had mentioned before, the psn store prices are going to be less consumer friendly with all of these digital only consoles. you can forget some of these sales and prices they've had going on. if you have a digital only console you're stuck with whatever the digital prices are.

You can get $100 psn store cards for like $90 and I also save $10 in taxes dollars per $100 spent because no tax on digital games in CA

with disc version you spend $100 and have to spend $$$ on 4k movies to validate your purchase lol

with digital you get a sleeker console, have $100 extra to spend on games, and you can save an average of $20 for every $100 spent

not to mention jumping into games instantly with ssd doesn’t happen if you have to get up, open your game put in the disc and swap it with your other disc every time lol

If you want a premium home console entertainment experience you get the disc version and pick up some 4K movies that’s it period. A nice 4K player will run you $200-400 already. If you’re a cheap ass nigga who wants to save $100 on something you will use everyday for 7 years then be my guest

Meanwhile I’m going to pickup the disc version, play all my PS4 discs, my huge blu ray collection, and my growing 4K collection and enjoy my ps5 much more than you will

I didn’t even think of this until now:

imagine all the dirt cheap ps4 games you can pick up on eBay or thrift stores or wherever and pop them in your ps5 and get the enhanced versions

PS4 game prices will be steadily dropping for the used game market while digital is at the mercy of the publisher.

Ps5 disc owners will be able to scoop up insane amounts of PS4 games that run better than they ever have and are the definitive ways to play the game

With digital there's times when it's definitely cheaper. I've gotten some insane digital deals and with game sharing I'm paying half of what I might have even with disc and selling it back but I get to keep the license without taking space.
Also the 4k Blu ray is cool but I've literally never watched a blue ray on it since I got the Xbox/ps4. Some people don't need it.
That being said I bought the disc version, I'd much rather pay the 100 now than regret it later.

Game sharing is cool but trusting another nigga with your whole account can’t be considered a valid reason for people to buy the digital

If it's someone you trust it's valid and I've found steals on the digital market even lower than disc prices.
I found horizon zero dawn for 15 when I checked around and couldn't find it for less than 20 in other spots. Something similar with persona 5 and a couple other games too. The digital price drops help influence the disc prices from 3rd party sellers and vice versa.
