First party will go in or major games like GTAVI but most games will just get closer to that consistent 4k 60fps which on most of those games is available for the same price without paying yearly for online on PC.
PC also more often doing game sales.
So it becomes if you are paying 600-700 + yearly online + having to buy more games at full price than steam sales + controllers that get stick drift and so much else its a tougher sell in most cases where PC offers more freedom

I mean Series S at its root if a lil more powerful a good idea to get people in. How its been development wise for some is a nightmare. It only having to render 1080p makes it reasonable. Here on performance on MK1 actually been kind of easy but we are just a fighting game. Major open world games I don't know the process lol.
It makes it so if Xbox did a mid gen refresh its not even worthwhile if certification still requires it runs on Xbox Series S. So after the Pro comes out and now PS is the strongest console in all ways it will be interesting to see what Xbox does next
Cause currently at times Xbox Series X runs better than PS5 for us. Once you get into 700-800$ consoles its really PC time in so many ways lol

Same I never wanted them to fail, competition is key. They used to be top shelf in the 360 era but the fall off started with the One.

They taking the early L like Nintendo did with Wii U and regrouping to just fast forward to the next generation
