We need old Sony back. They had so much variety. Now it’s just movie games

Game-development teams that spend years working together tend to cultivate a certain style. Often, making a drastic pivot from a familiar genre to something brand new can have disastrous results — just ask the developers of Anthem. Games as a service are particularly difficult to create, as they require a formula that gets gamers to consistently play over long periods of time, which is a very different ask than a single story.

it took Bungie decades to develop the teams, technology and production pipelines that have made Destiny successful — and even so, they had some serious growing pains along the way. Even Bungie's expertise has not yet been able to turn PlayStation Studios into a service-game factory.

That list is amazing for me because it's notoriously difficult to find Sony movies on streaming platforms. Not to mention seeing the IMAX versions. I can't wait to see what these movies look like on my Samsung S90c.

Reminder to everyone trying to deep clean their PS5s... don't.

You broke your s***?

Months ago I was trying to take it apart and the fan PCB was f***ing tough to come off and it slightly broke off the MB

Since then I've been having random encounters where the PS5 overheats and shuts down.

Yesterday s*** hit the fan (pun intended) cause it randomly turned off while I was playing and it didn't want to turn back on.

I opened it up, cleaned the little bit of loose dust it had inside and tried to wiggle the loose PCB until it finally turned the PS5 back on.

Now I noticed that the fan isn't spinning when I boot my PS5 on and I think it's largely because of the loose PCB.

I ordered a Digital off PS Direct cause I can't take the s*** anymore. I wasn't gonna spend the money to have Sony fix it cause it was gonna be a portion of what I could spend on a new one and who knows how long it'll take for me to get it back.

F***ing sucks, I was gonna wait for the PRO model to come out to get a new PS5.

Damn was ready to clean my too, but nvm. Hope it ships to you before Spider-Man comes out
