crine.
i got fitted for shoes
turns out i was wearing a size and a half down from what i should have
ended up getting GTS Adrenaline 24 but the ON they showed me had such a nice colourway (white with pink/green accents)

Go with the ONs or whichever you are really feeling next time. Imo shoes are still only 10-15% of your performance the main thing they do is prevent injury (during run and your recovery post-run). I dont undermine the drip factor. It can do wonders cause you feel great since you really feeling yourself because you look great and that positivity carries on to how you perform
Now in the world of the competitive that 15% of course can be a big deal. But for great many people it's not a must have/do

Yeah for sure next time, but i went with triple black gts so i can wear them casually for work anyway
ONs had this weird feel where it would propel me forward and i prefer being more stable

Yeah the right colorway can be a differentiator. Too many running shoes have wacky combos going on lol
I see that's the shoe drop is what they called. the propel feeling ones are the trend now but the zero drop ones can be amazing. It is a shame cause many brands dont really make them so they becoming a niche
Just getting back into running.
How do y'all run when it's warm and humid out?
I been running on a treadmill for a few years now cause I hated running in the heat
But I had a baby recently so treadmill isn’t an option right now cause I don’t wanna disrupt the sleep schedule, so I started running outside in the heat and it surprisingly wasn’t horrible
Hydrated a lot before and after, threw on a podcast, tried to run under as much shade as possible
How do u deal with the heaviness on your ankle after you run for some time i think my form is just way off
Been running 4 miles 3x a week in my neighborhood.
This summer been mad humid and I get so f***ing nasty but I just love doing it during my lunch breaks.
Uphill sections can be brutal. But if I keep a steady pace and don’t push, it is doable. Feel amazing after it’s done.

I had to change both my form and my shoes, no more heavy ankles.
Oh and make sure you warm up properly

I would recommend some walking on the days that you don't ruin even if it's 2 miles just for your feet to get used to impacting the surface.
Been going on long, slow runs this year. I did my first tempo run yesterday, it was ass but I did a good job pacing myself. Gotta do more of those I want to get faster
for how popping running has been everywhere its kinda crazy this thread isnt more active
ktt is not middle class like that?
