You are not human
When I run in the mornings, I definitely do it more consistently, but I need a separation of work/life since I work from home and I’ve been hitting it after work for a month. It’s inconsistent though cuz s*** comes up or I’m tired, etc.
I could do 2 runs a day but I think that would be crazy
2 could work but doesn't the body need to recover around a day after running?

what's the impact on your body been from doing all this cardio. Did it help your physique for the better. I love to run and typically run my whole trail at the park every other day (3.5 miles). But I've heard that too much cardio can your body can start to look a little flabby.

i've always naturally been skinny/small framed so i haven't seen any major changes from increased volume apart from just getting skinnier.
that being said, I can't imagine 3.5 miles every other day being anywhere near enough to impact your physique negatively. usually people start worrying about cardio "ruining" their physique when they're doing so much of it that they can't properly be recovered for gym/weight workouts, thus ruining whatever "aesthetic" they were going for
"too much cardio can make you look flabby" just sounds like some antagonistic gymbro s*** honestly

I'm still alive, as are countless amounts of professional runners of all ages, college athletes, and elite high school athletes.

but you're young
what do you know about the long term effects of running on the knees and joints?

Yes, I'm young, but not every professional athlete is in their 20s. There are 30, 40 year old professional athletes. There are recreational athletes in their 50s that run as much as I did or even more.
There is no scientific research to my knowledge that says running is bad for your knees and joints. There is scientific research that says running is good for your knees and joints.
I'd suggest looking into it on your own instead of believing random running myths regurgitated by people that either hate running or don't actually run.

I'm not even close to running at that stage yet, but I'll keep that in mind if I do get there

Yeah - a lot of the "negative aspects" you hear about running are just gymbro s*** because you aren't making "gains", or are from people who ran for a week, hated it, and then started making excuses.
Running is going to be as dangerous as any other type of exercise if you do it incorrectly.

It is honestly. Doesn't even make sense cause I've seen a ton of US Olympic track runners and they're normally in great shape physique wise. Never understood this idea that running "kills gains" or "messes with aesthetics"
