i wish i had the ambition to run. only do 3 miles on the elliptical if that counts for anything 5x a week before a lifting session
any cardio is good cardio!
Started the year off with a goal of hiking 300 miles but it eventually just turned into more running/jogging instead of hiking. I love the All Trails app for it. I hope I am accepted by this honorable community

Been depressed since I’ve been hurt and haven’t been able to run much. Mileage dropped off by about 10-15 miles a week and pace dropped off by a minute. Just haven’t been able to run comfortably and went in for X-rays the other day. Need some good vibrations sent my way.
