I keep procrastinating my runs and doing them very late and into dusk, need to wheel it back to afternoon, it’s too risky like this
Did the first guided run on nrc
Pretty comfortable once i found a good pace :-)

I’m trying to get back into the gym but once I get some consistency at that again I’m going to reintroduce running into the mix

Another gonna post itt
you feel so good the rest of the day when you run in the morning
Best time to get it done
Did 1.3 miles in 12 min… been a little while since I been just hooping but needed a quick sweat. I really gotta work on my pacing though. Sometimes I just jump the gun at the start then run out of gas at the end

Pay no mind to pace, it will naturally build overtime. Definitely consciously make yourself run slow at the start, no matter how much you want to sprint. You should be running your fastest at the end
Used to run 3 miles every other day and I really want to reach that level of runners high again. I just gotta get through the crappy first runs

Nike run club guided runs!! They have one for every scenario (e.g. don’t feel motivated)
Only get the convenience of running outdoors once a week nowadays otherwise it’s the track or stair master at the gym
