    Did the first guided run on nrc
    Pretty comfortable once i found a good pace :-)

    So far so good

    I keep procrastinating my runs and doing them very late and into dusk, need to wheel it back to afternoon, it’s too risky like this

    I’m trying to get back into the gym but once I get some consistency at that again I’m going to reintroduce running into the mix

    Did 1.3 miles in 12 min… been a little while since I been just hooping but needed a quick sweat. I really gotta work on my pacing though. Sometimes I just jump the gun at the start then run out of gas at the end

    Pay no mind to pace, it will naturally build overtime. Definitely consciously make yourself run slow at the start, no matter how much you want to sprint. You should be running your fastest at the end

    Nike run club guided runs!! They have one for every scenario (e.g. don’t feel motivated)

  • Only get the convenience of running outdoors once a week nowadays otherwise it’s the track or stair master at the gym

  • Can't imagine running in last weeks weather lol

    Been (seriously) running for the past 7 years.

    Heading out for a 10 mile run in a few!
