this is such an old graph
but yeah still crazy, even crazier now that switch about to hit 150m soon
I can’t believe animal crossing is about to outsell Pokémon
it’s literally just like 1-2m copies away from outselling the top-selling Pokémon game red/blue/yellow, and that had multiple releases too
It’s literally up there near Tetris and super
Mario bros, and it used to be such a low key series not that long ago. I really want metroid to have a moment like that.

I have 800 hours in New Horizons
... I took a year off actually and started playing last month again. It's just a comfy ass game. Never played an animal crossing game before because I never owned a Nintendo handheld.
My biggest wish is a performance patch for Switch 2 for this game. Game runs terribly once your island is full.
Prime 4 will only have that moment if it's more than just Prime on Switch. I think the ending of the Prime 4 trailer shows that it could be a big explorable world. (I'm hoping). The budget seems to be there.
spooky hours
Switch 2

yeah the timing of that release couldn't have been more perfect - 22 mil sold in the first four months
definitely helped to preserve my sanity during that first lockdown
mega mid incoming
Why don’t we get…. ANY info on the game before judging. Mercy Steam was hated back with Samus Return and now people think their GOATED with Dread
Let’s not judge before a trailer / gameplay is revealed
