These Switch 2 rumors are getting more and more crazy

Nintendo is my favorite console company and always will be but they haven’t been about power since the GameCube

So these rumors kinda sound like BS to me. I want them to be real ofc but idk, they sound too good to be true

Like Nintendo having a console comparable to Xbox Series / PS5 sounds insane to me

That’s the thing though, they’ve been focused on unique features/gimmicks since the Wii, constantly reinventing the wheel every generation at the expense of not prioritizing performance. But now with the Switch, they essentially found that perfect gimmick that continues to sell, so rather than switching up a proven formula, all there is to do is simply make a stronger Switch.

They kinda need to if they want 3rd party support. And the switch was already technologically advanced at the time of its release for what it was, so its not unprecedented for them

Also it wont be comparable to ps5 necessarily, i think they meant that the way that demo looked wasnt that much different from how it looked on ps5. Think of this new switch as a portable ps4 pro and that i think sets the expectations in check

This is my biggest worry rn
Im hopeful though cause they've been prioritizing battery life since the first gameboy

Nintendo is known for always reinventing the wheel every generation and we love them for it.

But with Switch 2, it’s kinda funny that literally everyone just wants Nintendo to play it safe and give us the same s***, just more powerful

Low key yes. I have gotten so many great games on the current Switch for the past 6 years, including lots of unexpected surprises. The Switch has also introduced me to franchises I would never have tried and enjoyed otherwise. The current Switch has served me greatly for 6 years. There is nothing more I can ask from it now except more power, better graphics. That’s why I’m currently much more interested in the next generation Nintendo console rather than just more current generation software.
