Every game has been perfect/even better than the original with vivid mode on, but in animal crossing in certain weather it looks messy

Is this OLED model vivid mode only applicable when in handheld or can it be turned on and off in TV mode as well?

honestly it’s been great in handheld so far, gonna try it docked tonight but you can’t go wrong either way

I think it works in docked too, but I’m not positive. Personally I wouldn’t use it in docked if I had a good monitor

Had a neon oled switch in my Best Buy cart and had to pass. If it’s not the all white switch then what’s the point.

Agreed. If I ever decide to get the OLED model, it’d have to be the white one. The neon one is too similar to the old Switch.

Not surprised, Switch is a software selling monster. At this point 2D Mario and Pokémon must be the only video game series left where the best selling installment isn’t home on the Switch.

Totally expecting 3 million in the next report from nintendo for this quarter, with ~4 million being dread's lifetime sales. Would be an incredibile result and would not only get people up to speed with metroid and samus for metroid prime 4 which imo is gonna be at this point bigger than some people think, but also ensures we'll get 2d metroid games too
