Halo Studios f***ing up Halo and Retro Studios f***ing up Metroid Prime—this current timeline is depressing for 2000s fans of these series/subseries.
Obviously one studio did way more damage to the point where the parent company had to course-correct.
I hope Retro hops off of Metroid and does something else (them finishing the DKC nu-trilogy would be cool to see).

Nah retro should get another shot at it and allowed to do their own vision instead of being stuck with Bandai namco’s ideas and having to work with that (the open world was never a good idea)
