I actually dropped Silksong because it got too hard #skillissue
I was really enjoying it still.

How far into it did you make it?

I’ve explored all the areas that were possible to explore at the time and did all the side quests available to me.
And I heard the game is divided into a couple of acts and I’m still on Act 1 so probably not very far.

Slightly spoiler-y: Got stuck at the level where you can get infected by maggots from the filthy water, preventing you from healing

You don’t have to do that area in act 1, I didn’t return there until much later when I was stronger and had better stuff

Very much my story with hollow knight and it’ll be the same with silksong. I played enough of it to know it’s a good game, it’s just not the right one for me rn
