guessing you read the statement their legal team made where they compared the instances on p***hub found by a third party watchdog with the instances facebook's internal reporting found on their site

they worded that carefully to obfuscate the fact that they've actively encouraged and aggressively monetized unverified, amateur p*** videos, and that facebook will naturally have more instances because they're a much larger site and are actually making efforts to find and root out the problem
