Something that helped me with my own issues was to stop identifying with them too much and try to be more conscious of the moment. And just having faith that it'll definitely improve. But nice to see that you recorded bro keep going

Hey bros anyone got a good 808 to do glides with? I've been wanting to experiment with it but just cant find a good 808

u should defo learn how to make ur own 808's, its pretty liberating in terms of restrictions for what you can and can't do. adds another layer of customization and fine tuning

but most of the time it involves tweaking an existing preset and processing it a bunch or taking a 808 sample and slapping a lot of effects

How do you tweak them fam? Like length, transient, s*** like that?

i mostly use serum for everything sound design, including 808's. if you don't have it already, highly recommend buying or crackin it. what daw do you use?

edit: also, i use rc-20 n some free distortion plugins to add the CRUNCH

I use Serum, I been making 808s and bass on it for a while, its just that next step of making super saucy 808s that I need to get to. I lowkey have a lot of knowledge, but I dont apply it as efficiently as I should/could and kinda take it from there and learn, its a kind of fear of failure I guess... but im gonna make it a point to experiment with 808s tomorrow. Gonna mess with distortion, transient, chorus, EQ, compression, aaaall of it if you got any tips let me know fam🙏
