Arturia cold fire did this too, but to my knowledge they don’t have the same tunable feedback stuff or morphing filters.
I haven’t really used cold fire or roar in depth tho so maybe I’m mistsken but I don’t think I am

'Anyone been able to conquer the urge to download plugins? I haven't haha, feel like downloading the new Arturia Pitch Shifter when I already have the original Eventide VST

Boggles my mind how they added scale awareness and a tunable feedback distortion (roar) in the same update but didnt make roar scale aware
These developers are dumb as brix i s2g. Ftr EVERY frequency/time based parameter should be tunable to the chromatic scale and playable with MIDI

there's always a few silly oversights tbf
Things like Strip Silence, ARA2 support for Melodyne/SynchroArts type plugins, the plugin delay thingWe only really got Bounce In Place recently & Comping only came ~4 years ago

It’s working its way into dawspace still, ableton 1 was trying to be something like traktor/serato. You couldn’t even record until ableton 3 lol
