Am I really such an unlikable person? It's weird to me how you can be as nice and cordial as you possibly can to people and they'll still openly have contempt for you. This s*** is why I've had such low self esteem for most of life. People don't appreciate kindness, they appreciate you playing the exact role they want for you. Wheter it's toxic to you or not
