Idk if u got time constraints or can only go specific days but if u wanna improve ur shoulders/or bench

U could either on chest and triceps include direct shoulder work and make that 4th day kind of a full body + with focus on shoulders

Or bench 2 times a week (on chest day and on the shoulder day). As long as there 2 or 3 days between each session its gonna help u improve it a lot u are gonna increase the weekly volume (as long as u can recover from it)
