What do you think of the raw milk stuff

its the best cheese i ever had and the fact that selling cheese made with it is illegal in everywhere but quebec in north america, is just a way to protect the garbage north aermcian cheese industry from competition that would drive them out of buisness

    OH

i dont know anything about it. I dont think it should be like illegal, like anything. if people wanna drink it and potentially get sick then thats their prerogative.

you can get sick eating raw eggs too, but everyone eating cake batters off the mixers.

whether its healthier or how sick you can get from it or anything i genuinely have no idea.

I dont like milk on its own anyway i wouldnt drink it regardless.

I have a bit, i learned about it in economics.

how because of dairy farm subsidies, there is an over supply of cheese. so the government and companies try to put that s*** in everything they can. and its very expensive to house the over supply.

thats what I learned about it. it was an example of how subsidies mess up the supply demand equilibrium and the consequences of it. is that what youre tlaking about?

im sorry i mixed up the law. its selling cheese thats unpasteurized thats been aged for less than 60 days. so french bries and roqueforts are illegal to sell. which is insane, those are my favourite ones

    Horse meat is wild

its a cultural food from france that was brought over to quebec when they settled!
