Not encouraging you to try shrooms, because I'm no expert and it's better safe than sorry, but if it's ever something that interested you, I'd take tune's advice and start super low to see how you react to a little bit, wait for your tolerance to drop (2 weeks is rule of thumb I think), try just a little more, and go until you feel comfortable
But reiterating, better safe than sorry. Worst thing you can do is go into a psychedelic experience when you're super nervous or not ready

in canada you can order them online. in usa im sure you can too. the spores are legal if youre comfortable growing them if u dont want anything illegal shipped to your mail. and growing them is pretty easy

So it's too much of a gamble

I can send u videos on it if u want. it’s completely legal to get the spores, just illegal to grow them. youll have a lot but u can just throw out or compost if u have too many. they also keep for years if you dry them. which is super easy
