I am not super interested in jewelry for the post part

Like some of it's pretty but expensive jewelry seems like a waste of money for the most part

i think everyone should have a watch because it shows you care about your outfit and how you present yourself to some degree. i don't really care how much it costs because you can buy nice looking tasteful watches for little money

as a man i wear a cartier tank. the nazis would've gotten me tf out of here immediately

i have male model measurements all clothing fits me super well

the fun part (for me) is when it gets real nerdy. like I want a vintage tank but it has to be a tank Louis from a specific year so it has a specific movement in it and size. then for the rich folk they can pick between whether the tank was made in Paris, or in London which has a huge price variation.

in Rolexes it gets as wild as a little symbol on the dial that you barely notice.

then there’s military issue watches and all the interesting things that come with them.

it’s a cool hobby if you like to be a nerd. for other people it’s just jewelry and that’s okay too.

iirc Cartier doesn't legit check their own jewelry and some watches anymore because of how good the fakes got.
