Craboutspectre being ambigiously good or bad is deliberate even though he is bad. which is clear when green arrow see him blow off the guys hand.
its kinda like how joker teases batman about how by not killing people hes letting more innocent people die and how on the other side of moral things, there is an element of truth to evil decision sometimes, even if it doesnt justify it
I don’t agree with this. Spectre was also corrupted by the Parallax, which is why he also couldn’t control those actions. He was ultimately the reason Hal was able to break free from the parallax possession.

That was pretty cool, though I think I am missing context from earlier Green Lantern stuff which ive never read. I guess he became a villain and this comic is his return. And the point is that he was possessed by a supernatural power that corrupts fear when he experienced fear for the second time in his life (first being when his father died in the plane crash). Why is Batman such an annoying b\*\*\*\*, though? Like you live in this universe where a bunch of crazy s\*\*\* happens all the time and yet you can’t believe that Green Lantern isn’t inherently evil but was possessed? I enjoyed the art a lot. The comic was a little bit harder to follow than the others we’ve done so had to re-read pages a few times but wasn’t a big issue. Good pick

Batman a b**** because something i like about this comic is that it shows the superheroes as flawed human beings first, before showing them as heroes. which i think is great!
and hal jordan really f***ed s*** up and people didnt know parallax was inside of him so its fair people were unsure about it all

Probably not, though. I find it unlikely they would mirror our morals at all. A very specific set of events occurred to get us where we are. And it’s all social construct.

i just personally as a human, cannot imagine how violence would be the solution to becoming a solar system or galaxy wide civilization.
the odds of them self imploding would be too high.
its not a morals thing, its about getting past great filters to become type 1, 2 and 3 civilizations.
