Tubeouti find houses isolate you from the community of a city since you’re usually off in a suburb or somewhere outside of where everything happening.
but apartments are smaller so its only you and a partner or roommate, when a house can have like a familly in it.
obviously u can have a familly in a 3 or 4 bedroom apartment but ya thats my take! ive done both!

its cheaper to rent than own in most major cities
also insurance and taxes and repairs etc is lighting money on fire
someone could trip over on ur sidewalk and sue u and u had nothing to do with that

but at the end of the day if you have a good deal, no major issues, in a great location, do the math on rent vs insurance and taxes, you can def make money at it.apartments u just cant ykwim
