i guess u can buy condos and apartments too but idk how all that worksits cheaper to rent than own in most major cities
also insurance and taxes and repairs etc is lighting money on fire

but it might be because i've never really lived in them
i find houses isolate you from the community of a city since you’re usually off in a suburb or somewhere outside of where everything happening.
but apartments are smaller so its only you and a partner or roommate, when a house can have like a familly in it.
obviously u can have a familly in a 3 or 4 bedroom apartment but ya thats my take! ive done both!
