Yeah well what about me
Yeah you get what I meant more or less. Like it’s not saying he isn’t huge it’s just compared to MJ or Madonna he isn’t necessarily on that level either unless you’re like a fan fan who really digs for music
Will peep another 100%
Lot of really nice touches of strings or synths in the right pockets everytime. Her vocals were great and everytime I thought I wouldn’t like a song it became so relentless that nah the end I’m like wow she really won me over with even this one
her changeups in sound were crazy
she did get a lot of that idea from Bowie
and in turn its p much the root of all the pop star 'eras' thing. so i figured you might like that aspect of her
I mean even taking princes prime
For the actual masses it’s pretty much JUST pr and then Kiss
That’s about it from the actual mainstream
1982-1986 pre parade
then SOTT era until he said he wouldnt tour the us then he was irrelevant until batman soundtrack
I read prince saying " they weren't there when I was playing Dirty Mind..." In Chappelle prince voice ngl lmfso
i can't get into it without sounding corny and because im white but he always rejected and got furious about being a popstar/big icon because the black community always rejected him
when he came up he was too flamboyant and weird, then his music wasnt funky enough then he was too mainstream and made "white music" with PR and it f***ed with his head
stevie and mj were black icons before they were big popstars and loved but prince always got rejected by them and felt unaccepted
Maybe Drake actually was Prince all along
Shoot the J!! SHOOT IT!!

What is the last album worth listening to
last one worth listening to is maaaybe Hard Candy (2008). its just decent but the JT song is just goated basically imo
but last essential is Confessions on a Dance Floor (2005). a lot of fans think its one of her best. and the tour and whole era was awesome in general
i think her first 8 albums from 1983-2000 are all really great and that run is unmatched. Then she finally stumbled imo for American Life in 2003 but its still not horrible
need those sessions

It goes right through my body

Joe Jackson one of the biggest understated villains in music
Yeah he helped shape MJ into THE entertainer but he also gave MJ severe trauma that he never got to properly process and make peace with when he was alive.
All fax
Wasn’t beyonces dad abusive too
