That’s a body goalWarehouse work. 10 1/2 hours of basically a massive gym. Im slinging 100 30lb bags of dogfood in 8 minutes. Walk 20k steps a night (brisk + carrying s***). Ledge pull ups with fingertips when behind someone and bored. Skrong brother 💪
