I mean everyone I’ve heard using this says they get to the point where they can understand a good bit - almost all without trying but learning a new language isn’t linear

You’ll always be hearing a new word or something or new meanings especially given how many differences there are to Spanish based on what country you’re in

french, I started in high school because in our freshman year we had to learn a language as a class and it was between french, spanish or german, the teacher was really good and then I just kept doing it pretty much up until covid era, mid 2020 i stopped doing any lessons

it was good because whenever I would be with ensembles or musicians/professors that didn't speak english that good we could talk in french

Specially when u actually could use it to speak with other musicians and s***, i know it must felt rewarding

I studied between school and HS like 4 years of french and tbh nowdays i literally remember the words to yes, cat, dog and the number 40

Thats why I felt that if u dont keep up with it for years at least or use it in the end u will forgot so much

If i wrote in english its ban worthy

French is one of the uglier Love languages to me

It would still be sick to speak it but I’ve always been partial to Italian and Spanish
