bowies influence is more in the artistry and not the sound usually cuz he wasnt really an innovator in that same way
not like the people who helped create new genres and s*** like that. besides glam rock which he was one of the main creatorsMore iconic status as a human with a lot of depth with some incredible music but yeah the innovation was more from the people he surrounded himself with to craft the albums
