worked very well for me. the main benefit was the silencing a lot of the dialogue in my head. usually i have 5 thoughts and a song going on all at once and it helped clear out all that fog.

Adderal I think? I don’t know about the salts and googling it only made me confused. I think it’s regular Adderal.

Anyway I take a small dose as needed (not daily). My doc gave me 10mg pills and I told him to give me the 5mg ones instead because I like a small dose. Yes it works but I’ve never been diagnosed with adhd but I use it to help me be productive and less lazy

I’ll take 5mg or double it and do 10 if I want a stronger dose
