save me’s review of the queen is dead

the queen may be dead but save me is alive & if save me wasn’t alive then he wouldn’t have been able 2 hear this album & that is a depressing thing 2 think about. this album is absolutely fantastic. johnny marr absolutely did the damn thing on this record. there’s a lot of different sounds & vibes on this album & 4 the most part it works very well. the songwriting is top notch, definitely their best written record. i’m gonna need a few more listens 2 really absorb every little thing of course but as of right now, it lived up 2 the hype. very amazing album. highly recommend 2 any1 who hasn’t heard it. now let’s see

i know it’s over - this is by far my favorite smiths song & easily the best song on the album. unbelievably gorgeous, 10/10

frankly mr shankly - thought i turned on a beatles album by accident, this song is crazy good. the lyrics are amazing & the instrumentation is great. 10/10
