Yep I was pretty much thinking I’m gonna read ultimate, seems way easier to consume than the og universe. Plus the fact that it like actually ends and is a complete story is really appealing to somebody coming from a manga background

For longer series they are often broken into volumes where the numbering will reset and there will be changes in the team making it, at times the volume doesn't change even when the writers do if it's not enough of a drastic change, sometimes numbering can change and then go back (this is dumb)

also nowadays (especially in my state where weed is fully legal) when people say "do you smoke" I know they mean cigarettes but like i bet more people in my state smoke weed than cigarettes. so i wanna be like "i dont smoke tobacco but i smoke weed" but I just say no i dont smoke
