Yeah weight under heel for a deadlift. Completely useless.
And don’t get me wrong, heel elevated squats, single leg or not, does have a purpose. But I just don’t believe it should be the foundation of someone’s leg routine. As in, people should definitely be doing normal squats more often than heel elevated squats.
