    whats a good deadlift alt? I'm 6'6 with a not so great back not trynna f*** my s*** up anymore.

    romanian dead lifts with dumbbells or just not doing them.
    traditional deadlifts are too risky with form/etc unless you’re competing, powerlifting etc you really don’t have to do them in a good program

    back extensions, RDL’s etc will suffice

    you may need to strengthen other areas in your training so you dont get f***ed when you do dead lifts

    did 4 plat 10 lbs dead lift today followed by 40 min cardio 34 min stair master an then walking on the treadmill

    The only thing you can replace 5 sets of deadlifts with is a whole session focused solely on Glutes

    probably do some ab isolation exercises too

    But yeah bodyfat % is critical

    175 to 142 in 1 year.

    Then back up to 167 in 5 months. I just lost motivation and was very stressed. Checkers every night for dinner.

    I’m back down to 161 and aiming to hit 140 by mid-November.

    that means u gonna look 10000 times better when cut back down

    Numbers wise: u only gained 4.8 pounds a month, a lot of folks look to gain 1-2 pounds a week on a planned bulk so funny enough u snapped bro
