221lbs, stopped focusing on weight loss and adjusted workouts to muscle gain

i did about double that (~1kg/wk) for 10 weeks earlier this year would recommend. from 90kg to 79kg
was easily manageable for my circumstances; cooking just for myself, work a desk job, no gf and not really going out / drinking
basically ate the same thing every day, didn't track cals (prob around 1600-1800) just protein and hit about 180g a day

damn you mentioned my whole day routine except i workout in the afternoon then go to work at 3 i walk at work because i am standing all day
