    Might just aggro cut for 8-12

    i did about double that (~1kg/wk) for 10 weeks earlier this year would recommend. from 90kg to 79kg

    was easily manageable for my circumstances; cooking just for myself, work a desk job, no gf and not really going out / drinking

    basically ate the same thing every day, didn't track cals (prob around 1600-1800) just protein and hit about 180g a day

    basically been at maintenance since then. pretty much went back to my usual diet with slightly fewer carbs. mainly just more conscious of not overeating

    leg day, 30 mins of incline treadmill walking, stretching & walking to hit 20k+ steps today
    need to take an updated progress pic tho because it feels like i haven’t progressed (in my head) even tho by the numbers i have

    Ngl tx made me gain like 8-10 pounds (hoping a lot of it is water weight) but i aint mad at it

    morning is better imo because your fresh off waking up because everyone tightens up when the sleep because they dont move for 8 hrs try stretching before you go to bed

    static stretching before i weight lift could result in injury soooo it's personal preference

    damn you mentioned my whole day routine except i workout in the afternoon then go to work at 3 i walk at work because i am standing all day

    an eat twice a day

    i foam roll briefly before work outs especially if im hitting a leg day

    i foam roll every morning and i feel it helps me when i workout because i stretch too before i workout

    had tricep tendonitis a solid 8 months now, this s*** is fr depressing at this point
