Active rest days for the win
Yep, it's hilarious that most people think of rest days as jacking around and watching Netflix on your couch all day long not doing squat (Pun intended). In reality, it's along the lines of taking a break from lifting and engaging in different physical activities, such as running, basketball, walking, etc.

Hey bros my back is getting noticeably wider from the back however from the front it's lagging. And I realized though my arms and chest are getting bigger, not being able to see my teres/lats from the front is what makes me look smaller over all
So do you guys have any tips on making your back look wider from the front? Does genetics play into it?

whats your current back workout
whats your current back workout
Mainly it's this twice a week
•Wide grip lat pull downs or pull ups
•seated rows with 1 or 2 different grip variations depending how I feel.
So it'd roughly be 6-8 sets a session

Landmine twists and Roman chair side bends
Will I look like a try hard wearing a headband to the gym? Idk if I just workout harder than others but I sweat a LOT which gets into my eyes a lot and it gets annoying wiping over and over.
