How much protein yall typically try to consume when going on a constant, but small bulk? 500 calories over TDEE specifically
I try to shoot for 0.8g/lb but I hear people on Reddit saying that even 0.5g is sufficient
Never understood how an average person weighing 150 lbs needs 150g of protein.
Like realistically how can you eat that much in a day?
