    Gotta always look at the bright side. Your neck is pretty long so your torso is short which means you don't have to pack that much muscle to look good. Your forearms also look huge compared to your arms, that is a powerful look!

    I do look allot bigger if I work out for like a week or two, just never get past that I lose focus
