    i said it before but hanging knee raises in the gym like 4x30 with the last set being til failure hits

    and then like 3x (50 crunches, 20 reverse crunches, double crunches til failure, minute rest) hits so hard it’s a cheat code imo

    one long set of bicycle crunches til failure for obliques usually

    i don’t really ever do weight training targeting my abs but maybe thats more effective idk

    Trying this out today

    are you not already lifting heavy weights regularly? bc without knowing more, that’s the obvious solution to me

    do any of you do like one week like really heavy sets mainly like 3x7-9

    then one week you do like 10 lbs less but still doing like 3x7-9

    just wanna see if its just me doing this because not every week i go super super heavy

    always go harder than last time not necessarily heavier.

    for anyone curious my solution is to fly to my folks house in NY at 8 am and use their computer to work remote

    and my intermediate plan is to keep posting on this website to stay awake
